Custom artwork
Every order is made from the information and reference photo you provide. We do not promise a specific outcome until we have reviewed the brief and image quality.
Turnaround & revisions
Timing is confirmed after review and depends on complexity and queue volume. Revision availability and scope are stated with your order; extra changes may require an additional fee.
Refunds
Because each commission is custom and digital, refunds are considered case by case. Contact us promptly if there is a problem with your order.
Your photos
You confirm you have permission to submit the photos you share. Please do not submit private, illegal, or sensitive material. We use references only to create and support your requested artwork.
Original work & personal use
We create original art inspired by the requested mood, not copies of copyrighted characters, logos, or protected artwork. Purchases include personal-use rights only unless a separate commercial license is agreed in writing.
